Grace is a strengthening or enabling power, in this case from Jesus Christ.
Often in life you'll come across events and trials that seem insurmountable. It feels like there is no way to overcome or succeed with just what you know or with your humble amount of faith. In those moments when you feel like you can't do it you can call on the grace of Christ!
"Nevertheless, the Lord God showeth us our weakness that we may know that it is by his grace, and his condescensions unto the children of men, that we have power to do these things"
- JACOB 4:6
Part of the purpose of this life is to overcome our weaknesses. The hard part, and often humbling part, is simply recognizing ALL of our many weaknesses. Then surrendering those to our Savior, asking for His help and guidance, relying on His atonement, and then listening to the Spirit as we're guided to do His will. There is nothing so remarkable, or so testifying of our Savior than when a weakness becomes a STRENGTH unto us. When a weakness no longer weighs over us each day. Only then can we become stronger and gain a true testimony of the principle of the power and grace of the atonement. And in that moment we continue to fulfill Heavenly Father's purpose, by fulfilling his plan and becoming all that HE KNOWS we are capable of becoming.
