If you knew the location of a great treasure like the hope diamond, that could make you richer than you could imagine, would you try to obtain it? Who wouldn't!
Mathew 13:
44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasurehid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:
46 Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
The scriptures are like a treasure or a Pearl of GREAT PRICE! In them lies more than we can imagine. The answers to all our prayers and questions. Should we not treat it like the treasure it is? We should seek it out, search in prayer, taking our time to explore all it has to offer and think on all that we find. Only rich blessings await us and a strengthening of our faith.
